Building on the traditional A/O process, the system incorporates advanced technologies such as EB aeration technology from Germany, VF rapid clarification and solid-liquid separation, and airlift flow pumping. Combined with a specially designed tank structure, it allows sludge concentrations to reach up to 8,000 mg/L, enabling simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal while ensuring high-quality effluent. The pre-biological selection zone prevents biological sludge bulking. With its high flux and heavy-load capabilities, this system is particularly suitable for handling large volumes of slightly polluted water in medium and small watersheds.
